Test suite and software presentation

An important action for the dissemination inside POEMA community will be the construction of a database of optimization problems that can be used for benchmarking and comparison of algorithms and software. The objective is to make the test suite a reference in the domain of polynomial optimization. Another dissemination action in POEMA concerns software. We will provide descriptions of tools for polynomial optimization developed by the partners of the project and how they can be accessed and used.
