Lorenzo Baldi, POEMA ESR9 at Inria d'Université Côte d'Azur will defend his Phd on the topic of "Effective Representations in Real Algebraic Geometry and Polynomial Optimization"
Arne Lien from Universität Konstanz had the first part of seocondment with Centre Inria d’Universitè Côte d’Azur from 04.04.2022-02.05.2022.
The 1st defence of POEMA ESR is Andrew Ferguson at Sorbonne University on the topic of "Exact Algorithms for Polynomial Optimisation".
The defence will take place on Monday 24th October at 14:00 in room 55-65, 211 at the Jussieu campus of Sorbonne Université and will be conducted in English. It will be followed by a small pot at LIP6 in room 24-25, 405.
Arefeh, ESR at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnburg (FAU) had a 2 month secondment with Tilburg University (April and May 2022).
